Thermoelectric Converter Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-H-10674
Quick Answer: The Thermoelectric Converter has semiconducting junction plates sandwiched between 2 aluminium heat-conducting plates, and a temperature difference across them generates current to drive a small fan.
Last updated: October 2026
Key Features
- Semiconducting junction plates between 2 aluminium heat-conducting plates
- Switch connects the junction plates to the motor fan or to a pair of 4mm sockets
- Driving the 4mm sockets with 5V DC creates a temperature difference across the plates
- A temperature difference across the junction plate generates current to drive the fan
About This Product
The converter works in two ways, selected by its switch. With the 4mm sockets selected and supplied with 5V DC, it creates a temperature difference that the aluminium plates conduct. When a temperature difference exists between the two sides of the junction plate, the current produced drives a little fan as a visual demonstration. Beyond India, the Thermoelectric Converter is available for export to Samoa, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho and Sri Lanka.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the switch do?
It switches the junction plates between the motor fan and a pair of 4mm sockets.
What voltage is used on the 4mm sockets?
When the sockets are selected they are driven with a 5V DC voltage, creating a temperature difference conducted by the aluminium plates.
